What are Fine Line Tattoos ?
What are Fine Line Tattoos ?
Fine line tattooing uses smaller needle confirmations to create a thin, delicate, intricate tattoo designs evoking fine artwork and paintings on the skin using black, grey and other colored tattoo ink.
Unlike traditional tattoos, fine-line tattoos are created by just smaller tattoo needles to leave you with super-fine lines and minimalist designs. You'll recognize them for their delicate nature.
Most are small and meaningful.
Even if you pierce the needle at the optimal skin layer, fading is still inevitable due to the small amount of ink used. That's the reason why line tattoos dull faster than your regular, heavy-inked traditional tattoos. As with all tattoos, some fading will occur with the ageing of the tattoo. Skin exfoliation, sun exposure etc. Depending on the placement, some re-touching might be needed. Well done fine line tattoos, however, will not fade any more or faster than tattoos done in any other style.
